Being a first time home buyer is VERY stressful. Tom was able to ensure I was always aware of my borrowing power. He guided me through how to increase my loan by paying off other accounts to improve my debt to income. He explained in detail ANY information I did not know prior to beginning the process of home buying to ensure I knew that I needed to do, sign, or complete. 10/100 recommend.
